Our middle and high school students meet regularly, normally on Sunday nights, for Youth Group from 6-8:00pm in the Parish Hall. This includes a tasty dinner, group games and an engaging program.
Our youth also volunteer at St. Richard's and in the greater community, take fun outings, mission trips and through retreats.
9:15-10:15am during the school year in the Youth Room in the Administration Building.

Grow Together: We grow in our faith together by affirming one another and helping one another uphold our commitment to Christ, through the Baptismal Covenant.
Confirmation, Reception & Reaffirmation
Each year we offer classes for students and adults who wish to be confirmed and received in the Episcopal Church, as well as those who would like to reaffirm their faith. These are all rooted in reaffirming the baptismal covenant and we invite you to learn more about this opportunity.
Camp Allen, a ministry of the Diocese of Texas, is the diocesan camp and retreat center. Spread over 1,000 forested acres in Navasota, TX. Camp Allen is the largest Episcopal summer camp program in the nation and offers youth the opportunity to attend camp and then eventually serve as camp staff.
"The heart of Camp Allen has been to love God and make Him known. We believe and hope that by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, our campers will see the depth of His love for us."
Happening
Happening is a weekend retreat for high school students that takes place at Camp Allen in our diocese three times a year. This retreat is a unique opportunity for participants to encounter Christ during a weekend led by teens for teens, with support from clergy and lay adults. At Happening, you'll experience engaging talks, fun songs and games, worship, and small group activities that give youth the opportunity to form close relationships with other youth from across the diocese. High school students in Episcopal Dioceses across the US engage their faith through Happening Retreats each year. They remind us that Jesus Christ is always at work, in the world and in our lives. For questions regarding Happening, email Stephanie Townes, Diocese of Texas Missioner for Congregational Vitality: Youth and Young Adults.

Jesus said, “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven”
