CHRIS ELFRING
Chris Elfring was born and raised in Florida. He grew up in the Episcopal church, including being baptized and confirmed in the church. He served on the altar throughout his teenage years. Much to his mother’s dislike he attended Florida State University, rival to her favorite school. He then began a career working in the event industry. This would take him around the country and eventually lead to meeting his wife Shawndell.
Chris came to Round Rock in the summer of 2021 from Seattle. He and his wife found Saint Richard’s when looking for a church with families. The first service they watched virtually was the Children’s Christmas service, so they knew they had made a good choice. You may have seen him chasing around his daughter Elizabeth in the lobby during some Sunday services.
These days Chris works as a senior inventory analyst for an online retailer. When he is not working Chris likes to play golf, though free time is a rarity these days with a baby. He also enjoys playing board games and sharing his love of movies and sports trivia.
